Job Description
1st Trust Bank is accepting resumes for an experienced full-time loan processor in our Richmond office.
Responsibilities include:
Our loan processor will work closely with the lending side of the bank, managing and distributing information within the office. Duties include sending and receiving correspondence, preparing loan documentation, maintaining files, preparing monthly reports, following up to clear loan and lien exceptions, ensuring all actions are in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned.Skills/Abilities/Experience include:
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, effective oral and written communication skills, notary public, confidentiality, and valid driver's license. LaserPro lending software experience is preferred, as is a banking background. Candidate must be able to work a schedule of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
