  • $40 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Closing coordination Compliance with loan regulations Mortgage compliance Regulatory compliance Mortgage closing and funding Mid-level Follow-up (loan closing) Bank experience Compliance documentation Real estate closing management Coordination (loan closing) Post-closing quality control (loan processing) Document review Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Full Job Description Closing Coordinator Dedham, MA $35•40 per hour Onsite 5 Days onsite to train for 30 days, then hybrid Contract•6 month assignment Responsibilities Review and audit all closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor, lender, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate post-closing activities including document tracking, trailing conditions, funding verification, and final loan package delivery. Communicate with internal teams, title companies, attorneys, and investors to resolve post-closing discrepancies and outstanding conditions. Ensure loan files meet compliance standards and maintain accurate records within the loan origination and post-closing systems. Monitor post-closing pipelines and assist with clearing funding and purchase suspense items in a timely manner. Qualifications 2-5 years of mortgage post-closing, closing, or loan operations experience within a banking or mortgage environment.
