Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (8-hour shift)
Contract Length :
12 month, possibility of extension or conversion
Work Environment :
Fully onsite, 5 days per week

$30.22/hour, paid weekly Job Summary The Document Administrator II will support the Fulfillment Team within Global Credit Operations and serve as the Business Banking Loan Closing Coordinator from a documentation and due diligence perspective. This role partners closely with clients, underwriting, legal teams, and operations to ensure commercial loan documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed on time for closing. Key Responsibilities Review and prepare commercial loan documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and procedures. Coordinate due diligence activities including insurance, UCC filings, collateral, title, and good standing requirements to support timely loan closings. Manage documentation for new loan facilities and amendments to existing facilities while monitoring collateral perfection requirements. Partner with internal teams, legal counsel, and third-party vendors to support seamless execution, funding, and booking of transactions. Maintain organized documentation and filing processes while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience preparing or reviewing legal loan documentation. 2+ years of financial services experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with urgency and manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to adapt in a changing environment. Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred. Experience with LoanIQ, HotDocs, or Credit Center. Commercial real estate loan or commercial credit operations experience. Paralegal background is a plus. Interest in leadership development and long-term growth within the organization.
