• Full-time Capitol Title Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Title Insurance Processor to join our dynamic team.

As part of our Ocean City office, you'll play a vital role in facilitating smooth and efficient title processing for real estate transactions. Primary job functions will include:

Process purchase and refinance files Prepare Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures Work with pre-processors that gather all mortgage and other payoffs for you Communicate with all parties to the transaction to obtain necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing Experience in processing files in multiple states is preferred

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Title Processor Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Salary commensurate with experience.
