Job Description:

Loan Processing Support Specialist (Contract - 12 Months) | Up to $29/hr | Hybrid (Baltimore, MD) We are seeking a Mortgage Servicing Analyst to support a high-volume servicing oversight team on a 12-month contract assignment.

Location:

Coppell, TX or Tempe, AZ (Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite/week)

Pay:

Up to $29/hr

Duration:

12 months contract Responsibilities Keep mortgage loans moving by identifying stalled or delayed files and taking action to resolve issues Follow up on missing documents, pending tasks, and service exceptions to avoid delays Work closely with Mortgage Specialists and internal teams to ensure loans move smoothly from disclosures to funding Provide support during employee absences, high-volume periods, or urgent situations Review loans for quality, compliance, and accuracy during processing Help identify repeated problems and suggest process improvements Track pipeline performance, loan aging, and funding deadlines to reduce risk and improve results Requirements 5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience Strong understanding of the full mortgage loan lifecycle (disclosures, processing, closing, funding) Comfortable making calls and proactively resolving issues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience managing pipelines, reports, and performance metrics Ability to work with multiple teams and keep complex loans moving Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Management experience is a plus Experience with complex/non-conforming loans is preferred
