Loan Processor

Main Responsibilities:

Review and process applications, status updates, and verification requests accurately and within established timelines. Validate required documentation, review legal documents (e.g., divorce decrees), and research external records (e.g., Social Security). Calculate benefits and perform recalculations as needed. Prepare and send correspondence, authorizations, and communicate with applicants to obtain or clarify information. Support the contact center as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Maintain daily productivity targets (e.g., 30 applications or 40 status requests per day).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, financial services, or application processing preferred (Taft-Hartley experience a plus).

Ideal Experience:

Experience processing applications such as loans, retirement plans (401(k)), pensions, or similar financial/benefits products. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to manage complex issues with a positive, professional approach.

Pay:
