Job Description

Title Processor Silver Spring, MD | $70,000-$90,000 salary plus commissions ($86,000-$114,000+ OTE first year) About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established title/real estate services firm that supports high-volume residential closings. Their team is expanding and they're hiring a Title Processor who can keep files moving, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly with lenders, clients, and internal partners. This role is best for someone who likes fast-paced, deadline-driven work , enjoys owning multiple files at once, and takes pride in getting every detail right from contract to closing. If you've been working in title and want a stable, steady pipeline where your organization and accuracy actually matter, this is a strong opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Send complete title packages to lenders in a timely, accurate manner Perform title curative work, including obtaining payoffs and resolving outstanding items Order and track HOA information and required documentation Prepare title and settlement documents to support closings Prepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lenders Balance files prior to closing to ensure all figures, documents, and requirements are complete Respond professionally and efficiently to inquiries regarding the closing process Handle filing, scanning, and administrative support tasks as needed Monitor and manage a general email inbox, ensuring requests are routed and addressed quickly What They're Looking For High School Diploma required; college degree preferred 2+ years of experience in title and/or real estate processing Working knowledge of Closing Disclosure documents preferred Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong knowledge of Qualia preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive, team-first mindset with strong customer service instincts Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and switch between files throughout the day Why You'll Love It There Consistent, steady workflow with a team that relies on strong process and communication Direct impact on getting deals to the finish line—your work keeps closings on track Stable Monday-Friday onsite schedule with clear expectations and day-to-day structure #
