We're hiring a Quality Control Servicing Specialist to support our Loan Servicing team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of loan boarding and servicing processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with mortgage servicing experience who enjoys reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating across teams to improve processes and ensure quality outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Perform quality control audits on newly boarded loans to ensure data accuracy and completeness Review loan documentation and verify proper data entry, API processing, and system accuracy Identify and communicate loan boarding errors to internal teams and ensure timely correction Monitor loan boarding workflows and ensure all required due diligence is completed Assist with data clean-up initiatives and process improvement projects Develop and support QC scorecards to track performance and quality metrics Serve as a subject matter resource on loan boarding processes and products Collaborate with Loan Servicing, call center teams, and leadership to resolve borrower or process-related issues Provide documentation and data support for audits, regulatory exams, and reporting requirements Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsWhat You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in loan boarding, loan servicing, or related mortgage functions Experience with Fiserv Navigator preferred Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and closing documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and project coordination skills Why Join Northpointe?
