FINAL DOCS ANALYST

Non-Exempt Job Setting:
in-person This role works closely with the Post-Closing Team to ensure all final loan documents are completed, collected, and uploaded accurately into the system. The position may also support the Licensing team, assisting during state audits and providing operational support as needed. Responsibilities Communicate with investors to resolve conditions and request outstanding final documents Coordinate with County Register of Deeds offices to obtain recorded mortgages when required Ensure all final documents are received within three months of the loan closing date Upload documents into MeridianLink LOS and accurately track receipt dates Follow up with title companies to obtain missing documentation until completion Print title policies received via email and distribute them to investors Send final documents via postal mail and investor portals Review all documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission Gain understanding of loan pricing and the locking process to support Lockdesk operations as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the mortgage industry required or strongly preferred Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
