Hourly/Salary + Bonus Monthly + Quarterly Incentives We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in mortgage processing, a proactive mindset, and a history of delivering solutions within the lending industry.

Responsibilities:

Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Verify borrower information, including employment, income, assets, and credit history Prepare loan files for underwriting review Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain any missing or additional documentation Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to ensure timely completion of loan transactions Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions in the mortgage servicing system

Requirements:

1 year of previous experience as a Processor in a broker model is required or 2 years of experience working as a Underwriter and/or Client Care Specialist Previous experience navigating the UWM portal is preferred Previous experience managing a pipeline through Salesforce is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in mortgage processing, we encourage you to apply for this position.
