Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Financial services customer support Email customer support Compliance with loan regulations Title document review UCC law Writing skills Employee relationship building Customer engagement Banking Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Principal Responsibilities and Duties Assists assigned Loan Officer with day to day operations such as: answering phones and emails, directing and greeting customers (in a professional manner) and attending to their needs in a timely fashion. Prepare all documentation and procedural tasks pertinent to loans. Review loan files and closing documents to ensure the completeness of file and that all collateral has been properly secured. Remain current on all pertinent consumer lending and other financial institution- related laws and regulations. Build and maintain positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers. When necessary, close loans after hours or on Saturday. Commissioned by State of Missouri as Notary Public and will notarize documents as needed. Interpret and process loan serving requests including but not limited to payment, advances, and updating loan data accurately to maintain optimum data integrity. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and information retention Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy Self-starter, ability to work independently Communicate effectively in writing correspondence and emails Familiar with banking regulations and responsibilities relating to each including a knowledge of UCC titles, (filing and searching) mortgage, liens and other aspects of the loan collateral position
