Job Description
Summary:
An imaging clerk serves a vital role in the loan department. A prospective candidate must become familiar with loan documents and the capabilities of the imaging system. Paper documents will become an electronic file viewed within the organization and available for auditors. It is crucial that these documents be sorted and properly labeled for easy retrieval and storage. This individual must maintain a high level of confidentiality.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Scan and index loan files and documents Import files sent in PDF format File collateral documentsDelinquent Tax System:
Upload documents and notify lenders Ensure compliance by timely and efficiently processing adverse action files and noticesSecondary or Additional Job Duties:
Cross Train Assist as needed Gathering documents or files for auditExperience and Other Requirements:
Work independently Attention to detail Knowledge of lending procedures, Good organization skills, Time management skills, All First Bank employees are required to: Cross train to learn all loan department functions. Assist as needed.Similar remote jobs
