Mortgage Verification Specialist

Quest Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Verification Specialist to join our team. This is a great position for someone who wants to build a career in the mortgage industry! Mortgage experience is a plus but not required. Our team is willing to train and teach you everything you need to know. Applicants must thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong willingness and desire to learn. This is an in-office position Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm for our Durham, NC location. This position consists of reverification of mortgage documents and database entry as well as office clerical duties. Candidates must be able to pass background checks. What you bring to the company: Strong willingness and desire to learn new terms, concepts, and processes Strong work ethic and detailed oriented Thrives working in a fast-pace, deadline driven environment Ability to follow and complete multi-step processes and procedures Excellent reading comprehension skills Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments within a companywide schedule Strong computer and data entry skills including Microsoft Office Suite, online applications and other web-based applications.
