Loan Processor - Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor - Support to join our team on a contract basis in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of loan applications within the financial services sector. This position requires strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of mortgage lending and loan administration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan application documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with applicants, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address any discrepancies.
• Manage the loan file from application to closing, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the loan origination system.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan application status and resolve any inquiries.
• Assist in preparing loan closing documents and ensure all required materials are included.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve processing goals.
• Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks to appropriate parties.
• Stay updated on changes in mortgage lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other loan processing activities as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
