Now Hiring:
Commercial Loan Specialist ???? We are partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Specialist to join their Loan Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial lending operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full loan process from origination through post-closing. ????
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial loan due diligence, documentation preparation, closing, and post-closing review
  • Prepare and review loan documents using LaserPro
  • Coordinate appraisals, flood certifications, environmental reports, title work, and insurance documentation
  • Work closely with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the closing process
  • Board and fund loans accurately within the core system
  • Process renewals, extensions, UCC filings, and exception tracking
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely turnaround on all loan files
  • Maintain strong communication and exceptional customer service internally and externally ?

Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of commercial loan processing experience
  • Previous LaserPro experience required
  • Experience with loan boarding and commercial loan documentation
  • Strong understanding of loan compliance and closing procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Experience with Fiserv DNA is a plus ?
