Position Profile:

The Loan Coordinator is responsible for the initial review and organization of loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant, and supporting the loan team by managing disclosures and assisting with tasks that keep the loan process moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Act as the initial reviewer of incoming loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness Verify that all required documentation has been submitted and meets company and regulatory standards Organize and prepare loan files for processing and submission Distribute required disclosures in a timely and compliant manner Provide ongoing support throughout the loan process and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous mortgage industry experience a plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist where needed Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support overall team success
