Job Description
Job Description Nation One Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our corporate team in Marlton, NJ. This is an onsite position responsible for preparing accurate closing disclosures and final closing documents while ensuring compliance with federal, state, agency, and investor guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong experience with closing a variety of loan products and is confident managing both purchase and refinance transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and issue Closing Disclosures (CDs) in compliance with TRID guidelines Prepare and review final closing packages and documents Close FHA, Conventional, USDA, and VA loans (Purchase and Refinance) Review and interpret title commitments Set up property tax and insurance escrows accurately Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and Loan Originators Ensure all files are balanced, compliant, and ready for funding Qualifications 1+ years of mortgage closing experience Experience closing FHA, Conventional, USDA, and VA loans Strong understanding of TRID and compliance requirements Ability to issue Closing Disclosures and final closing documents Ability to read title commitments and properly establish escrows Experience with NJ and PA housing programs is strongly preferred Experience with DE and VA housing programs is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files MUST be able to work onsite Monday - Friday in Marlton, NJ Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, growing company environment If you are a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer who takes pride in accuracy and smooth closings, we encourage you to apply!
