Junior Mortgage Processor:

As a Junior Processor, you will work closely with our dedicated processing team to support both traditional and reverse mortgage transactions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and verifying borrower documentation, including income, assets, and credit reports. Create mortgage loan applications and prepare/send required disclosures to clients in a timely manner. Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal and state guidelines. Communicate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and clients to resolve issues and collect additional information. Work with reverse mortgage files, ensuring HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) requirements are met. Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting and final approval. Monitor loan pipelines, track deadlines, and ensure timely processing of files. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in mortgage processing or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with loan processing software and tools is an advantage.
