In this role, you will support loan officers by managing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Duties Assist in the preparation and review of mortgage loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate Support the loan origination process by gathering borrower information, verifying employment, income, and credit details Coordinate with underwriters to facilitate loan approval processes, including FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines compliance Manage loan processing tasks such as escrow setup, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, and contract review Maintain thorough records of all loan transactions, contracts, and correspondence in accordance with Fair Housing regulations and banking standards Support mortgage servicing activities by tracking loan status updates and ensuring timely communication with clients Skills Multitasking a must Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Problem solving and self-pacing Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Join us to be part of a dedicated team that helps clients secure their future through responsible lending practices!
