Job Description

Join a high-performing, purchase-focused mortgage team as a Loan Partner supporting a top-producing Loan Officer. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands how mortgage files work—ideally a processor, loan officer assistant, or loan officer—who can help structure, review, and move loans efficiently from application to closing. What You'll Do Review borrower income, assets, and credit using the 4 C's of credit Pre-qualify borrowers (if licensed) Set up and manage loan files in Encompass Collect and review documentation for completeness and accuracy Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal team members Help manage a fast-paced purchase pipeline and keep files moving What We're Looking For Prior mortgage experience (LOA, processor, LO, or similar) Strong understanding of loan structure and documentation Comfortable on the phone and interacting with clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Licensing is ideal but not required.
