Job Description
Overview Responsible for Image Processing for commercial loans; general file maintenance; provide support to department staff; ability to handle pressure associated with meeting deadlines; perform various key operational duties; operat e various specialized equipment. Responsibilities Operate Image equipment. Perform all input and work preparation duties. Ensure all commercial credit and loan documentation files are imaged in a timely manner. Verify imaged documents have been scanned properly; monitor image quality and reports problems to Help Desk and Credit Manager. Provide assistance with preparing file documents for imaging. Maintain post-imaging order of documents to be filed or destroyed. Work with Loan Serving Departments to retrieve and scan loan document files for all closed and paid off loans in a timely manner. Perform general file maintenance. Facilitate imaged file maintenance. Coordinate print out or download of files or file documents as needed. Maintain Annual Review Report. Prepare letters requesting updated financial information. Assist Credit Manager with preparation of reports on a monthly/periodic basis. Provide support to Credit Manager as necessary. Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) year Image Processing or equivalent experience. Some mathematical skills. Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills. Demonstrated organizational skills. Proficient manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Good PC skills.
