Submissions Processor

Overview:

The Submission Processor is responsible for managing and evaluating all incoming deal submissions from sales representatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper placement with lending partners. This role serves as a critical liaison between the sales team and lenders, helping to streamline the approval process and maximize funding opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and organize all incoming submissions from sales representatives in a timely and efficient manner. Act as the primary point of contact between sales staff and lending partners, facilitating clear and professional communication throughout the submission lifecycle Analyze bank statements in detail, identifying key factors such as average daily balance, revenue consistency, negative days, NSF activity, and other risk indicators. Evaluate each file against the company's lender matrix, guidelines, and deal criteria to determine the most appropriate lending partners for submission. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly formatted prior to submission to minimize lender pushback and delays. Submit deals to lenders in accordance with their specific submission requirements and preferences. Accurately input, update, and maintain all deal information, approvals, stipulations, and declines within the CRM system.
