Whether you have experience in mortgage operations or are a driven professional ready to grow your career in the mortgage industry, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. You will focus on supporting Loan Officers, borrowers, and our operations team by helping files move smoothly from application to closing. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, coachable, and eager to learn the mortgage process from the inside out.
What You'll Do Support Loan Officers:
Assist Loan Officers with day-to-day file management, borrower communication, document collection, and loan milestone updates.
Manage Loan Files:
Help organize, review, and maintain loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure files are complete and ready for processing.
Collect Documentation:
Follow up with borrowers for income, asset, credit, insurance, title, and other required documents needed throughout the loan process.
Communicate Clearly:
Provide professional and timely communication to borrowers, Loan Officers, real estate agents, title companies, insurance agents, and internal team members.
Track Conditions:
Assist with reviewing, tracking, and clearing loan conditions by coordinating with borrowers, processors, and Loan Officers.
Maintain Systems:
Keep loan files, CRM notes, tasks, and pipeline updates accurate so the team always has clear visibility on each transaction. Collaborate for
Success:
Partner closely with Loan Officers, processors, underwriting, and closing teams to help ensure smooth, organized, and on-time closings.
Stay Organized and Compliant:
Support the team in making sure loan files are handled accurately, professionally, and in accordance with company, federal, and state guidelines.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Prior experience in mortgage processing, loan officer assisting, banking, real estate, administrative support, or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated individual.
Mortgage Knowledge:
Familiarity with or a strong willingness to learn Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products.
Organization:
Highly detail-oriented, task-driven, and capable of managing multiple files and deadlines at once.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Drive:
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within the mortgage industry.
