As a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank, Summit has built a strong reputation for delivering customized equipment finance solutions across the country. We are expanding our Lender Documentation Department and are seeking a full-time Funding Specialists to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings Manage all documentation related to Vendor Finance Program transactions Review and process Lessee/Lessor documentation Prepare and process Loan and Assignment documents Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports Assist with Equity deal reviews as needed Prioritize workload to meet deadlines across multiple transactions Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment leasing, mortgage, or commercial lending Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF Familiarity with financial calculations (preferred but not required) Why Join Summit?
