About the Role The Funder is responsible for reviewing loan packages for accuracy and completeness while communicating with loan applicants, dealerships, sales teams, underwriters, and management. Responsibilities Review loan packages and contracts to obtain or clarify needed information Verify applicant details including employment, residence, and references Conduct welcome calls and follow-up interviews with applicants Identify discrepancies or potential fraud Ensure all documents match underwriting approvals Audit contracts for compliance and lender standards Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 1+ year of experience in loan processing, funding, or originations (auto finance preferred, not required) Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Professional and tactful interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule High School Diploma or GED Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Accident & Hospital Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) & Long-Term Disability (LTD) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO)
