Delinquency Associate - Default Processing Temp Project MidFirst Bank - 3.3 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Temporary 16 hours ago Qualifications Document review (document control) Full Job Description Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is one of the most successful home mortgage servicers in the country. We focus on quality and creating winning teams to execute our mission to be the top performing financial institution in the markets we serve. The Default Processing department is responsible for the foreclosure review and referral process. The team assists in sending out demand letters, ensures document and system accuracy, and facilitates the assigning of the loan to local foreclosure attorneys. The Delinquency Associate position is responsible for reviewing defaulted mortgage loans to ensure that all required steps are completed prior to foreclosure action. The primary responsibilities are reviewing loan origination documents, default letters, and servicing notes to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations. Minimum Requirements To be considered, internal candidates must possess: 1-3 years' experience in a role involving the review of detailed documents or processes with proven productivity and quality performance.
