GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
This position's primary duties are to 1) order appraisals and title work, 2) file mortgages, 3) work TE's, 4) prepare loan documents on less complicated commercial and consumer loan products, 5) scan and index all loan documents.
Essential Functions:
Orders Appraisals, Title Work, NADA, Credit Reports, etc. Files Mortgages, forward to title companies, and follow-up on final title work. Enter loan data into document processing software on approved loans. Prepare and distribute to lenders accurate loan documentation. Must organize and prioritize incoming loan requests so that response times are met. Communicate with lenders to ensure proper selection of loan products and completion of loan documents. Complete pre-funding checklist. Ensure that loan documents are scanned and indexed in accordance with bank guidelines and ensure that all documents are properly executed. Reviews TE's (technical exceptions) upon scanning of documentation, researches and clears when applicable. Perform limited post-closing review for necessary documents. Has the ability to handle issues/problems that are basic and routine; refers more complex issues to senior staff. Has a general understanding of systems and products. Provides other support functions or roles. Assists with projects as assigned.

High School Diploma Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Basic computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Good organizational and time management skills. Strong sense of customer service. Strong attention to detail. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility and ability to multi-task
Physical Requirements:
This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities: Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Frequent lifting (up to 25 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment.
