Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Maintain customer database entry and updates Generate and distribute customer correspondence Create and manage customer eligibility records Review enrollment information for compliance Meet quality and production benchmarks Communicate with internal and external customers Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Completion of Health Care Sanctions background check High school diploma or equivalency Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Two years in an administrative role in healthcare or insurance
