In this vital role, you will oversee the final stages of the loan process, coordinating between various departments to guarantee all documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are meticulously met. Your proactive approach will help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced financial services environment where accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are paramount. Responsibilities Manage the closing process for real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and other regulatory standards. Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and agents to facilitate timely loan closings. Conduct final quality checks on loan packages using basic math skills and 10-key typing to verify calculations and data entry accuracy. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may delay closing timelines. Experience Prior experience in loan origination or mortgage processing is highly preferred. Familiarity with escrow procedures and contracts related to real estate transactions. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
