Supervisor Equipment Finance Commercial Assets Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for conducting the daily operations of collecting data, filing and disposal of the portfolio's titled and non-titled assets. The incumbent is responsible for filing, amending and terminating UCCs for non-titled assets, receiving, logging, filing, and termination of titled assets, and processing contract terminations and asset disposals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Terminate accounts by using received funds to payoff customer accounts and communicating this information to the accounting group to ensure proper GL entries. Preform the necessary functions associated with the life of a title. This will include receiving, logging, filing and releasing of the necessary documentation to both secure and release our interest in the portfolio's assets. Contacting and corresponding with customers to obtain missing information/documentation associated with this process. Interacts with employees, customers and vendors to provide title and/or UCC information as needed for the sales, maintenance, termination and disposal processes. File, amend and terminate UCC filings as needed for the non-titled units. This includes accessing the proper documentation needed to complete these tasks. Contacting and corresponding with customers to obtain missing information/documentation associated with this process. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
