Escrow Mortgage Insurance Representative I Full time; Non-Exempt; 37.5 hours/week; overtime required. Location; Lake Zurich, IL, US / HYBRID, some onsite work

Escrow Tax Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. ("Dovenmuehle") is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.

General Description:

As a PMI representative, you will be responsible for completing various reports and tasks to ensure that mortgage insurance guidelines are followed per HPA.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Review and research errors/discrepancies and follow through with resolution.
• Complete loan level audits.
• Work assigned reports/tasks with attention to detail and ensure accurately completed.
• Communicate proficiently and professionally with outside vendors and other departments.
• Ensure all regulatory, investor and Bank guidelines are followed.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or process improvements.
• Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a Team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines along with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred/Other Qualifications:

• 1-year previous loan servicing experience.
• Basic understanding of Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).
• Experience with MSP.
