Utilize financial software to input data, track application progress, and generate reports. Help ensure compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contractual obligations. Perform basic math calculations to verify financial figures and support loan underwriting procedures. Maintain organized records of contracts, disclosures, and other essential documents for audit readiness. Requirements Previous experience in loan processing or a related financial services role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong understanding of loan origination procedures and familiarity with financial software platforms. Knowledge of TILA regulations, contracts, and basic math skills necessary for accurate data handling. Proficiency in 10-key typing for quick data entry and efficient document processing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
