Loan Officer Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant. Responsibilities Assist loan officers in preparing and reviewing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate Support the underwriting process by gathering financial information, verifying borrower details, and conducting preliminary credit analysis Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents related to income, assets, and liabilities Maintain organized records of loan files Collaborate with mortgage servicing teams to facilitate loan processing steps from application through approval Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Prior experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or Underwriter in the Mortgage Industry Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, underwriting procedures, and mortgage servicing processes Familiarity with loan origination systems, credit analysis techniques, and loan processing workflows Strong math skills including basic math operations essential for credit analysis and income calculations Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple files simultaneously Proficiency in Encompass strongly preferred Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values integrity, precision, and customer-centric service. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
