We are a licensed Tennessee Loan and Thrift Company lending in TN, GA, AL, VA, and NC and need an experienced loan processor. We are looking to fill a fun and exciting position that will allow you to team directly with the owners of one of the best performing finance companies in the Southeast. We are looking for eager, hard working, trustworthy individuals with at least 2 years of experience processing loans. Team Member Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by acquiring and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our loan processing, policies, and procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve scalability. Process loan applications in a manner consistent with all company policies and procedures. Manage the pipeline of loans and maintain a timely and compliant flow of information into and out of our core system. Analyze and evaluate documentation for completeness and accuracy. Communicate with borrowers and team members about loan status and requested additional information for loan applications. Effectively utilize checklists and procedures Oversee the preparation of loan files and utilize checklists to ensure all essential documentation has been obtained and maintained throughout the life cycle of a loan. Communicate with team members and third parties to accommodate closings. Oversee post-closing filing of loan documents into our system for servicing. Conduct thorough post-closing review of completed closing package to ensure accuracy and completeness.

EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or college degree; and at least 2 years of related experience in loan processing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Once a team member has proven to be dependable and disciplined, some work from home days can scheduled.
