Qualified candidates are excited to grow with a thriving company, are quick learners with excellent communication skills, are proactive, and are willing to be flexible to changing work duties.
Primary Job Function:
The Loan Processor is a key player in our office. This individual will handle various duties depending on the business needs of the day. Duties may include but are not limited to:- Processing loans
- Explaining the loan process to clients and agents
- Updating and tracking client information
- Ensuring compliance with lending laws
- General communication with clients
- Filing documents and other office duties
Work Hours:
Flexible days and hours. Mostly about 9am-5pm. Some employees come earlier and/or stay later and take off time as needed for vacation or appointments. Occasional work from home is possible with approval.Pay Rate:

- Experience in the financial industry
- Experience in life insurance is helpful, but can be learned on the job
- Loan processing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge or previous experience in CRM software (Zoho)
- Previous administrative experience desired
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Customer service and good phone presence
- Must be detailed, accurate, and organized
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
