Primary Job Function:

The Loan Processor is a key player in our office. This individual will handle various duties depending on the business needs of the day. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Processing loans
• Explaining the loan process to clients and agents
• Updating and tracking client information
• Ensuring compliance with lending laws
• General communication with clients
• Filing documents and other office duties

Work Hours:

Flexible days and hours. Mostly about 9am-5pm. Some employees come earlier and/or stay later and take off time as needed for vacation or appointments. Occasional work from home is possible with approval.

• Experience in the financial industry
• Experience in life insurance is helpful, but can be learned on the job
• Loan processing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge or previous experience in CRM software (Zoho)
• Previous administrative experience desired
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Customer service and good phone presence
• Must be detailed, accurate, and organized
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$20 to start, $22 after training period (two months) Physical setting:
