Loan Processor

We're looking for an experienced loan processor who is reliable, detail-oriented, and fully invested in getting loans from contact to closing. If you're just looking to clock in and clock out, this won't be a good fit. We need someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and gets things done.

Responsibilities:

Process residential mortgage loans from application to closing Review and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.) Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to move files efficiently Proactively follow up on conditions and outstanding items Ensure files meet all compliance and investor guidelines Keep all parties updated throughout the loan process

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor Strong understanding of loan guidelines and documentation Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines Clear and professional communication skills Someone who doesn't take things personally—just solves problems Honest, accountable, and takes pride in their work
