- Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FHA VA Conventional DSCR and Non-QM loan products
- Experience reviewing income assets credit and AUS findings
- Ability to collect and review all required borrower documentation
- Knowledge of
TRID RESPA
compliance and mortgage guidelines- Experience working with wholesale lenders and correspondent channels preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Encompass Arive LendingPad or other LOS systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to follow up aggressively with borrowers loan officers title companies and insurance agents
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must understand conditions suspense items and clearing conditions for CTC Responsibilities
- Process mortgage loan files from application through clear to close
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Request and collect conditions from borrowers and third parties
- Maintain communication with borrowers loan officers underwriters and title companies
- Ensure all deadlines and closing dates are met
- Submit complete and accurate loan packages to underwriting
- Monitor pipeline and provide status updates daily
- Maintain compliance with company and lender guidelines
