We specialize in helping our clients create, maintain and grow their indirect lending programs through CRIF Select technology and services. Our Indirect Auto Loan Processors are responsible for processing and verifying the accuracy of indirect loans on behalf of our lender partners.

Essential responsibilities and deliverables:

Ensure loan packets are complete and accurate Conduct quality review of the loan documents on behalf of lender partner to ensure adheres to lender's guidelines Perform income calculations as required by the lender Effectively communicate with the lender and/or dealer as to what may be needed to fund the loan and notating the file Follow up with lender and/or dealer in collecting loan stipulations Inspect the loan package documents for potential fraudulent documentation Perform customer interviews to validate information as required by the lender Adhere to contract processing turn-times Foster relationship with lender and dealer Respond to incoming calls from customers; initiate outbound calls to clear loan stipulations and resolve errors Achieves daily production and quality goals Resolve post-funding issues as necessary Comply with all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned.

Must be detail oriented and possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills Act with a sense of urgency Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills Ability to self-initiate areas of opportunity, make recommendations for improvement, and follow up as necessary to achieve desired results Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunication Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Punctual and dependable Foster relationships through world class customer service PC proficient, including Microsoft Office suite of products Indirect auto loan processing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Weekends as needed
