We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor who can keep the path to closing smooth and stress-free to support our dynamic lending team. If you're efficient with lender portals, and passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, we want to hear from you! As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll be the glue that keeps each deal moving forward. You'll work hand-in-hand with Loan Officers and Underwriters to ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant for a smooth loan experience. Responsibilities Review mortgage loan applications and verify all required documentation Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and appraisers Submit files through lender portals and track progress through funding Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Collaborate with underwriting and closing departments to ensure timely closings Qualifications/Skills High School Diploma or equivalent/GED Minimum of 2 -3 + years mortgage processing experience
