Job Description:

MSource is adding to our Reporting Team, and we're looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented full-time Reporting Specialist to support our mortgage broker clients nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you like solving puzzles, this could be the role for you! Mortgage experience is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients. What You'll Do Prepare, review, and file Mortgage Call Reports and State-Specific Mortgage Reports Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time Work with clients to gather required data and resolve discrepancies Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and organize financial and operational data Stay up to date on reporting requirements and regulatory changes Collaborate with internal team members to keep workflows running smoothly Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Experience with Mortgage Call Reports is a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Client-first mindset with a professional and responsive approach.
