KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems ExperienceA.Experience:
1-2 years experience in mortgage lending requiredB.Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills.
C.
Systems:
Superiority general computer and analytical skills. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams)experience required, experience with Empower (Loan Origination System) or similar Loan Origination Systemdesired. Proficient in using the following portals: Wells Fargo, SAM.gov, HUD.gov (Limited Denial of Participation)and Underwriter (CPL Verifications)TRAINING
REQUIREDParticipate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIES
Create post-close document packages Deliver relevant documents to Housing Finance Agencies Collaborate with Closing Teammates and Title Agencies to obtain pending documents Collaborate with Capital Markets to clean HFA conditions Deliver Trailing Documents to investors by managing internal reports Assist Trailing Documents Team with special projectsSPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training EventsRead all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.MEASUREMENTS OF
