Full-time Role and Responsibilities:

Gather information and take each file from application to closing Input proper loan information into the company operating system Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compiles with company policy and investor guidelines Request, review and verify loan documents including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance Prepare loan file for submittal to underwriting Review file documentation to make sure all items needed are requested Order and coordinate loan services Pipeline management - Meet crucial deadlines, keep closing dates up to date, proactively ordering services, etc. Perform any additional duties assigned by management Ability to manage short closings/fast moving pipeline Qualifications and Education Requirements 3+ years Mortgage Processing Encompass Experience Required Oral and Written Communication Problem Solving/ Decision Making Initiative Analysis and Interpretation Customer Service Planning, Organization & Time Management Teamwork Adaptability Interpersonal Effectiveness Computer Skills Remote work will be considered.
