Job Description
Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties.
Assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of recordable documents.
Knowledge/experience with an electronic recording platform.
Knowledge of state/county recording requirements/guidelines.
Knowledge about how to prepare/complete state/county forms needed for recording.
Well organized.
Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing/growing environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Title company and/or mortgage experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
