Job Description

  • Come join our team and work from home!
  • The Senior Closing Specialist will be responsible for completing all closing tasks including all title and lender clearance items to ensure a timely and smooth closing.
Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 an hour + monthly incentives.
  • What you'll do
  • Manage assigned pipeline of closing orders to complete settlements in a timely manner.
  • Handle client escalations associated with the closing process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory practices surrounding the title and settlement business.
  • Train personnel as necessary as assigned by management to support the business objectives.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process.
  • Assist with completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed.
  • Assist with managing the deed requests as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed.
  • Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
  • What you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) of title, settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience.
  • Escrow/Closing experience preferred.
  • State title / escrow licenses preferred where necessary
  • Refinance closing experience preferred
