Build Wealth MN INC. is a Community Lender (CDFI) seeking detail oriented high energy individuals for a full-time Retail and Community Lending Sr. Loan Processor position at our Minneapolis office. This employee will contribute to the performance and growth of the CDFI by providing quality credit and documentation support, loan file maintenance, loan processing from start to finish and assistance to community development staff. Must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people. Duties and Responsibilities Work directly with clients and all affiliated with the transaction to bring mortgage loans from registering applications to funding. Maintain and update daily reporting of ongoing pipeline with accurate information. Performs weekly client contacts to ensure they are informed of loan status and obtain outstanding exhibits courteously and professionally. Responsible for communication with title companies, banks, and realtors to facilitate loan processing protocols. Order and review appraisals, title commitments, hazard insurance binder, HOA documentation ( if required), and Flood certifications. Prepares accurate and complete mortgage loan documents per company policy and Secondary Market guidelines. Coordinate, schedule, and attend closings. Must proactively prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Additional duties and responsibilities are assigned and requested by management.
