Title Processor/Closer

Network Closing Services, Inc. is a national title insurance provider. We are looking for detail oriented Title Processor - Closer for our processing and closing departments. Your core responsibilities will be to process new orders and contracts as they come in, contact clients and lenders, and work closing files as needed. Some knowledge of real estate transactions will be considered a plus but not a requirement. Responsibilities Ensure that all required documentation reviewed and entered correctly into our system Accurate and complete Data Entry Reading real estate contracts Learn basic functions of software used by our company Meet all daily deadlines Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills a must. Professional appearance and attitude Qualifications Detailed Orientated Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multitask Great communication skills Great time management skills Motivated fast learner Team player High School or GED required Office Experience Strong typing skills
