Verification Agent Boats Group - 4.0 Miami, FL Job Details 4 hours ago Benefits Commuter assistance Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) 4% Match Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Verification Agent Miami, FL (On-site) The Verification Agent is responsible for ensuring the collection, accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documentation related to loan and/or sales transactions. This role verifies bank stipulations, validates and updates Salesforce records, coordinates inspections, manages lien perfection requests, and oversees inbound customer documents. The Verification Agent plays a critical role in minimizing risk, maintaining data integrity, and supporting an efficient loan closing processing workflow to minimize loan closing and funding delays.
What you will do:
Review and validate all required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Receive, review, and organize inbound customer documents, confirming that fees, documentation, and data align with Salesforce and AppOne records. Update and maintain collateral, seller, and application data within Salesforce and AppOne. Verify bank and lender stipulations to ensure all loan conditions are satisfied. Review, organize, follow up on, and submit title documents from customers, dealers, and brokers to support proper lien perfection. Order, track, and document required inspections. Communicate with internal teams, customers, dealers, brokers, and third-party vendors to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies. Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and lending standards. Key Accomplishments Consistently maintained 85% to 95% documentation accuracy. Reduced processing time by improving verification workflows. Successfully cleared high volumes of bank stipulations ahead of deadlines. Improved Salesforce data quality and reduced collateral discrepancies. Achieved timely lien perfection with minimal rejections. Strengthened collaboration with funding, sales, and operations teams. Recognized for exceptional attention to detail and reliability. Optimize workflows to minimize turnaround time through efficient processing and follow-through to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you should have:
Prior experience with verification, documentation, loan processing, collateral processing, or similar responsibilities. High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with solid organizational and communication skills. Comfortable multitasking and working toward deadlines.
