As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we're seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage deals from intake through close, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the full lifecycle of Beeline Equity transactions from initial client engagement through closing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and guidance throughout the process Evaluate and structure deals with a strong understanding of home equity solutions Guide clients through documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and file completeness Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions on track and avoid delays Consistently meet closing targets

Qualifications:
