Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Examines and verifying all documentation and ensuring completeness and accuracy. Ensures all loan processing activities adhere to lending guidelines, regulations, and company policies. Organizes, tracks, and maintains loan files, ensuring proper documentation for each loan. Providing timely updates on the loan process and addressing any questions or concerns. Inputs data into loan origination software and other relevant systems. Assists underwriters by preparing loan files for review and providing necessary information. Communicates with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders. Performs other related duties as assigned.
