Job Description

Are you an individual who has the ability to achieve high production goals and exemplify quality standards? Do you demonstrate a passion for owning and exceeding customer expectations and delivering solutions? Builtwell is Chattanooga's premier community bank and we are currently experiencing rapid growth. We are interested in expanding our capacity to provide loans, and we are currently looking for a Consumer Documentation Processor to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for process approved consumer loan requests and deliver a complete and accurate loan document package to the lender and the customer as soon as possible.
Specific primary responsibilities are:
Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software. Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services. Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate. Transmits loan document packages to the lenders. Specific Understanding of TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests. Review loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
